Trevor White

President & CEO


Trevor is the co-founder of SWITCH Power and former Vice President of Business Development at CWL Energy Management, where he created, developed, and lead their Renewables Business Unit (now SWITCH Power). Trevor has nearly 10 years of broad experience in the renewable power and oil and gas industry, with exposures in business and project development, M&A, and commercial and financing. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a business development and corporate strategy professional and a 2010 Olympian in the sport of Alpine. Trevor is responsible for planning, corporate strategy, and governance, with a focus on business development, and is responsible for day-to-day operations, resource management, and related management decisions and strategies.

Warren Coles

Chief Financial Officer


Warren brings 30 years of broad financial experience in both public and private corporations spanning multiple industries, including remote power, oil and gas, as well as software development. Warren has a proven ability to manage corporate financial and development functions including financial reporting, North American GAAP reconciliations and consolidations, profit and loss responsibility, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, budgeting and forecasting, and business and financial analysis. Warren holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Calgary.

Cory St. Croix

General Counsel & Vice President Commercial


Cory has over 20 years of broad commercial energy experience, spanning multiple provinces and states. He holds a science degree in Applied Mathematics from the Memorial University of Newfoundland and a law degree from the University of New Brunswick. After practicing corporate commercial law privately and in-house for several years, he embarked on a 10 year career in business development with a number of large cap energy companies. During this time, he helped create the first Alberta power auction and negotiated uniquely structured commodity contracts. His experience structuring partnerships and complex commercial transactions will be an asset in executing SWITCH’s goal of creating sustainable power solutions. Cory is responsible for legal, commercial and community endeavors, as well as building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.

Marc Haugen

Vice President, Asset Delivery & Operations


Marc has over 20 years of experience, with proven results in power generation, power services and heavy industry in three different countries. He was previously the Director of Power Systems at ENMAX Power Services, where he oversaw the design, construction, commissioning, and operations of electrical infrastructure, leading 120% growth over 5 years. Prior to ENMAX, he was the Director of Operations Diagnostics at TransAlta, where he provided centralized operating diagnostics for reliability and performance on a fleet of 900+ generators with installed capacity of 8GW, located at over 30 sites in Australia, Canada, and the US. His experience at TransAlta also saw him as the Commercial Manager of Gas and Renewables, where he owned operations and commercial arrangements for generating assets. Marc is responsible for all design activities, construction, ongoing operations and maintenance activities associated with SWITCH’s assets.

Jeff Vergouwen

Sr. Advisor – Project Economics & Finance


Jeff is a finance professional with nearly 25 years of experience in financial valuation, risk assessment and deal structuring for renewable energy and power infrastructure, with a focus on financial feasibility analysis for solar, wind and small hydro projects in Canada and the United States. Jeff holds an MBA and is a recognized financial valuation expert in electric energy by the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.

Jason Moser

Director


Jason is a Senior Director of Investments and partner at PFM Capital Inc. He joined PFM in 2008 and is responsible for managing the firm’s diversified energy portfolio. He brings over 14 years of institutional investment experience within the energy sector, previously working on the trading desk for Capital Power Corp. and as an oil and gas equity research associate for Raymond James. Jason currently sits on the boards of Fire Sky Energy Inc., Aureus Energy Services Ltd., and Wind River Power Corp.

Jarvis Nicoll

Jarvis Nicoll is the co-founder and President of the CARDON group, and the acting President of one of its subsidiary companies CWL Energy Management. Jarvis manages CARDON Capital, the investment arm of the CARDON group, where he oversees several equity investments, and oversees the growth opportunities for their capital portfolio. 

Doug Bedard

Doug is the co-founder and CEO of the CARDON group and acting CEO of two of its subsidiary companies Canada West Land and H3M Environmental. Doug has 15 years of experience in the agricultural and oil and gas sector in executive management, operations, and business development, and manages the arm overseeing CARDON’s operating companies.

Terri-Lee Oleniuk

Independent Director


Terri-Lee Oleniuk is a partner in the Calgary office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Her practice focuses on project-related issues concerning natural-resource development with a specialization in regulatory, environmental, and Indigenous law issues. Terri-Lee acts for a variety of companies in environmental assessments and regulatory proceedings to obtain approvals for major developments in the oil and gas, pipeline, mining (including metal, potash, and diamond), natural-gas processing, petrochemical, electricity transmission, hydro, solar, and wind sectors. She is a member of the Firms’ Partnership Committee and is the Calgary chair of the Women’s Initiative. Terri-Lee sits on the Law Society of Alberta’s Practice Foundations Lawyer Competence Advisory Committee and is on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Section. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan and recently obtained her Master of Laws in Energy and Infrastructure Law from York University.
